• Every custom piñata is made especially for you.
• Once confirmed, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
• Please double-check your theme, colors, and event date before placing the order.

• Standard time: 5–7 business days.
• Times may vary in busy seasons — we’ll notify you!
• Need it sooner? Contact us before placing your order.

• We ship anywhere in the U.S.
• Delivery times depend on location and carrier.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies.
• Tip: Order early to avoid last-minute stress!

• Because each piñata is handmade and custom, we do not accept returns.
• If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
• We'll do our best to make it right!
